The Start
Aya Ayman started practicing swimming at the age of 6 in Al-
Shams club with hydrotherapy and ranked the 1st place in the
championships when she was 8 years old, till she succeed to gain the cup of the best swimmer of Egypt for five years continuously, In the republic competitions, She received five medals in each competition and then participated in the Egyptian Paralympic national team when she was 14 years old and won the gold medal in her first international championship. The champion of Paralympic national team of swimming, Aya Ayman is the only one who participate in the past Paralympic games at the age of 16 and became the first and youngest swimmer in the history of Egypt and Arab world who participate in Rio Janeiro Paralympic games 2016.

- Third place and bronze medal in the 100m breaststroke at the World Cup Berlin

2019
British International Championship in Glasgow from 25 to 28 April 2019 :
- 4th place in 50m freestyle competition.
- Bronze medal in 400m freestyle competition.
- 4th place in 100m freestyle competition.
- Silver medal in 100m breaststroke competition.
She was qualified from British International Championship in Glasgow
to the world championship in England in three competitions:
50,100,400m freestyle and 100m breaststroke for the second time respectively
The world championship in London from 9 to 16 September 2019 :
- 7th place in 100m freestyle competition. (African Record)
- 7th place in 400m freestyle competition. (African Record)
- 7th place in 50m freestyle competition. (African Record)
- 7th place in 100m breaststroke competition. (African Record)
She was qualified to the Paralympic Games (Tokyo 2020) in 50,100,400
freestyle competitions, this is considered as a great achievement for
African, Arabian, and Egyptian Paralympic swimming.
2018
American International Championship in Indiana from 16 to 20 April 2018 :
- Gold medal in 50m freestyle competition.
- Silver medal in 400m freestyle competition.
- Silver medal in 100m freestyle competition
She was qualified from the American International Championship to the World Championship in England in three competitions: 50,100,400 freestyle.
2017
Berlin international championship 05/2017:
- Bronze medal in 50m freestyle competition
- Bronze medal in 100m freestyle competition.
- Silver medal in 200m freestyle competition.
- 5th place in 400m freestyle competition.
- 4th place in 100m butterfly competition
She was qualified to the world championship in Mexico
for the second time respectively.
The world championship in Mexico 2017 :
- Silver medal in 100m freestyle competition. (African Record)
- Bronze medal in 400m freestyle competition.
- 4th place in 50m freestyle competition.
2016

She made a historical achievement in the Paralympic games as she became the youngest athlete who achieve :
- 11th place in 50m freestyle competition.
- 10th place in 400m freestyle competition.
2015
Poland International Championship 12/2015 :
- Gold medal in 50m freestyle competition.
- Gold medal in 100m freestyle competition.
- Silver medal in 400m freestyle competition.
- Bronze medal for all classifications of championship in 400 freestyle competition.

She was qualified from Poland International Championship to
Riode Janeiro Paralympic Games.

She made a historical achievement in the Paralympic games as she became the youngest athlete who achieve :
